Fourteen days is our target from the first conversation to a team that starts working on your product. It depends on the roles, the seniority and the availability you need, but the path is always the same.

1. The intro call

We talk about your product, your stack, your goals and the gaps in your team today. The aim is to understand the work well enough to suggest the right roles, not to sell a fixed package.

2. The team proposal

You receive vetted profiles with confirmed availability, together with a clear proposal: who would join, in which role, and how the engagement is planned and billed.

3. Interviews

You meet the candidates and decide who joins. Nobody is placed on your product without your approval.

4. Kickoff

Your team starts in your tools and your repository. Your project manager sets up the working rhythm and sends weekly reports from the first week.

Many teams start with a single engineer and grow from there. Whatever the size, the steps stay short and transparent.
