Our role
Taken from idea to launch, now developed AI-first.
The challenge
Officefreund began as an idea for an invoicing tool built around how German businesses work. There was no research, no design and no team yet, only a market worth building for.
Our approach
We studied the market and how businesses actually handle invoices, designed the experience and interface, put the engineering team together and built the product from scratch. AI is part of how the product is designed and developed, not an add-on.
The result
Officefreund is live, with a dedicated team that keeps shipping new capabilities as the product grows.
